How to list your First Item on Loop
It's quick & free, and takes just a few minutes - then your items are live and ready for their next dancer.
Create your account
Head to loopcostumes.com and click "Sell on Loop." You'll be prompted to create a free account — or log in if you already have one. It only takes a moment.
Add your item details
We'll walk you through it step by step. You'll fill in:
Item name (clear and descriptive)
Category — costume, dancewear, etc.
Size & Brand - or group bundle
Description — condition, fit, any relevant notes
Upload your photos
Good photos make a big difference. Aim for:
• Front and back of the item
• Close-ups of embellishments or details
• Any flaws, honestly shown
Add shipping dimensions
Estimate the package size you'd use to ship the item — small envelope or box. This helps Loop calculate accurate shipping costs for buyers automatically.
Add your payout details
Enter your payout information so you can get paid when your item sells. This only needs to be done once and will be used whenever you receive earnings.

Publish your listing
When everything looks good, hit Publish. Your item will be reviewed by the Loop team before going live — once approved, it's immediately discoverable by dancers and families searching for their next costume.
Ship when it sells
You'll get a notification as soon as your item sells along with your printing prepaid shipping label. Package it up & drop off to the postal office.
