When your item sells, getting paid is simple. Here's exactly how the money flows — and how to make sure you're set up to receive it.
1. Item sells
A buyer purchases your listing. You'll get a notification right away along with a prepaid shipping label.
2. You ship within 5 days
Package your item and drop it off using the Loop-provided shipping label. Ship within 5 days of the sale.
3. Payment is released
Payment releases as soon as the buyer confirms receipt. If they don't confirm, it releases automatically 3 days after successful delivery — no action needed from you.
4. Funds arrive in your bank
Once payment is released, it takes 5–7 business days to appear in your bank account. You'll receive a confirmation email when it's on its way.
Setting up your payout details
1. Go to your account settings
Log in to loopcostumes.com and navigate to your profile. Click "Payout details" from your account menu.
2. Connect your bank account via Stripe
You'll be directed to Stripe, our secure payments partner, to connect your bank account. This is a one-time setup — you won't need to do it again for future sales.
3. You're set
Once connected, all your earnings will be paid out automatically to that account whenever a sale completes. No need to request payouts manually.
Payouts are processed securely through Stripe, a trusted global payments platform used by millions of businesses (including Google & Amazon). Your banking information is encrypted and never stored on Loop's servers. Learn more about how Stripe protects your information.
