This mock Russian style classical tutu consists of 8-10 layers of net. It does not have a hoop but it does have a hoop channel. Bodice is made from stretch fabric (lycra) and is fully lined. Bodice and tutu are attached as one piece. Length of top layer is 14 inches in radius. Tutu does not include decorative plate. Tutu was only worn once for a photo shoot.
