This light purple (lilac) bell style tutu has 8 rows of net and tulle. There is no hoop but it does have a hoop channel. The back closes with hooks and bars. The trunk is made from light purple (lilac) power net. The tutu plate has a simple floral sequin applique. The tutu plate can be removed. This listing is for the tutu only.
