Arm bands are included. The classical tutu is made of 8 layers of royal blue net and tulle. The trunk of the tutu is also royal blue. The tutu is hooped. The top layer of the tutu is a plate and can be removed. The plate is made from gold lace with a royal blue tulle overlay and has some rhinestones for accent. Size Guidance is approximate.
